Are you an American pastor or local American church, looking to both serve and partner with an international pastor and congregation in your local community?

In partnership with the ILC, local American churches mentor, coach, and assist in training our ILC Ministry Training Program leaders, in both personal and public ministry. Through one-on-one mentoring and church-to-church engagement, this relationship helps to develop the man or woman, along with providing ministry support.

We look for pastors to both befriend and mentor/coach international leaders in both life and ministry through time, impartation, equipping and hands on ministry experience.

We look for churches to equally invite and participate in international church life, both in normal service times and throughout the week.

We look for both the international and American congregations to partner together in outreach, ministry and family life, to enrich the relationships collectively and strengthen the ministry of both communities respectively.

Through relationships, international leaders and their ministries have opportunities to not only expand their reach, but to be strengthened in their ability to minister the gospel to their own people group, both locally and globally. We partner with local churches for the development of international, leaders personally and ministerially.

Through these international leaders who have been resettled here in the U.S., we can see the transformation of the Kingdom come to every people group. By discovering and equipping leaders from all over the world, the opportunity to see many come into the kingdom is accelerated.

The gospel now has the opportunity to see ministries of all people groups, multiply locally but also nationally and globally. We desire to see a unified Church, working together for the sake of the Kingdom in all parts of the world.
