It all started when…

The International Leadership Coalition was birthed out of a recognized need occurring in the “backyard” of our own home. Over the past few decades, Tennessee has become home for over 600,000 internationals from all over the world, many of whom have resettled in Middle Tennessee as either refugees seeking asylum or immigrants seizing school or business opportunities. This number is soon to reach 1 million by the year 2040 with the same diversity increasing in many states all across the United States. In a world where millions have been and are currently being displaced, persecuted and oppressed, the ILC seeks to see communities transformed by the power of the Kingdom of God by discovering and equipping leaders to be conduits of transformation in global cities. Through the power of the gospel, value and dignity can be restored to the thousands impacted by loss. We believe leaders pave by serving as life transforming agents in partnership with the local church. Our international communities have a sure future by seizing opportunities for the next generation.
