The ILC Ministry Training Program is a 15 month online and in person leadership program offering international ministers development and community. Our curriculum is built on four pillars of focus: the Minister, the Message, the Mission, and the Ministry. We aim to equip the minister with servant leadership skills, encourage the study and declaration of the biblical message, empower the effectiveness of the mission of the Kingdom of God, and enhance the multiplication of the ministry.

ministry training program
The online Ministry Training Program is a virtual classroom and community, meeting over Zoom on Monday evenings. Leaders will receive a video teaching from a senior leader/pastor, comprehensive teaching notes and small group discussion happening in virtual meeting rooms. Residents are further equipped as ministers, ministries are enriched, and the mission is empowered — all unto seeing the gospel go forth around the world.
