Leadership Residency Training Program
The Leadership Residency Training Program is a 15-month leadership development program that discovers leaders with a call for international ministry and equips them for transformational ministry to people groups around the world.
Residents learn how to revitalize their ministries, build intentional community with each other in partnership with the local church, receive personal mentoring, and strategize about ministry multiplication. Residents are further equipped as ministers, ministries are enriched, and the mission is empowered — all unto seeing the gospel go forth around the world.
